Fluorescent Vest one per crew member
Traffic Cones 3 min
Flags on staff -at least - 16 x 16 inches - 3 min
Flashlight with Nose Cone
Extra dimensional signs - 2
Hazard Warning Kit
First Aid Kit
Fire Extinguisher - 2lb min
Switches to control pilot lighting

Sign Requirements:
Two outboard flashing lights - must not obscure sign
Two inboard rotating/strobe lights - must not obscure sign
Sign interior to be lighted with 8 lights
Red/white "D" sign; yellow/black "Oversize Load" or "Wide Load"
Upright position above cab when in use; secure
Sign flat, removed or covered when not in use; secure
Box size 180 cm long X 35 cm high
Additional Requirements:
Copy vehicle registration
Copy proof of commercial insurance
Name & phone number of business or registered owner 8 x 12 inches min
Commercial license plate from home jurisdiction
spare tire, jack, wheel wrench
Head lights, brake lights, mirrors, windshield, etc in good order

Recommended:
Steel toe boots/shoes for some job sites
Safety glasses for some job sites
Flares
Flag on pole required for some job sites (bicycle type most common)
